The Fragrances
Humare tamam perfumes Eau de Parfum (EDP) concentration mein aate hain. Iska matlab hai ke inmein perfume oils ki miqdar zyada hoti hai, jo inhe exceptionally rich aur long-lasting banati hai.
Chunkay hum high-quality ingredients aur EDP concentration use karte hain, humare perfumes typically 8 to 12+ hours stay dete hain. (For example, our Oud and Amber based scents like 'Oric Legacy' usually last the longest on skin and fabric).
Perfume ek visual aur sensory safar hai. 'Top Notes' wo pehli khushboo hai jo spray karte hi aati hai (like Citrus). 'Heart Notes' 15-20 minute baad ubharti hain (like Floral/Spices). Aur 'Base Notes' wo hain jo ghanton tak aapke sath rehti hain (like Oud, Vanilla, Musk).
Agar aapko royal aur deep scents pasand hain, toh 'The Imperial Luxury' try karein. Office aur daily wear ke liye 'The Executive Edition' behtareen hai. Aur shadiyon ya parties ke liye 'The Royal Gala' design ki gayi hai.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE standard shipping nationwide on all orders above PKR 4,000. Orders below this amount have a flat nominal shipping fee of PKR 200.
Karachi mein standard delivery 1-2 business days hai. Rest of Pakistan ke liye, it takes 3-5 business days. Agar order dopehar 2 baje se pehle place kiya jaye, toh hum same day dispatch karte hain.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene protocols aur perfume ki purity maintain rakhne ke liye, hum used ya unsealed bottles return nahi karte. Return sirf tabhi qabool hoga agar bottle 7 days ke andar unopened aur original cellophane wrapper mein wapas ki jaye.
Humari packaging glass bottles ke liye highly secure hai. Lekin agar kisi wajah se parcel damaged mile, toh please 24 hours ke andar humari Concierge team ko WhatsApp (0370-1234667) par pictures bhejain. Hum foran replacement arrange karenge.
